will ubisoft delist the crew 2 from steam after this releases ?

We currently have The Crew 1 delisted on steam and the crew 2 store page is live right now but what is to stop them from delisting the crew2 on steam after this game releases

Dunno. What I do know though, is that I don't trust Ubisoft. Either way, The Crew 2 won't be around much longer, and I certainly won't be buying anymore Ubisoft games. In fact, my money will be going towards Indie games from now on, aside from offline single player AAA games.

those kind of dictate when an online service shuts if the developers cannot or will not renew the contracts.

Did they delist the Crew1 after Crew2 released? C'mon dude. I would guess another 3 years but it's just a guess.

To your point though nothing is stopping them from dropping servers at any given time and if it's online only, your game becomes unplayable.

I doubt they will delist TC2 while they're still milking it, but when that cow runs dry, they will shoot it dead. They will shut down the servers for TC2 and steal it from people's libraries and they will eventually do the same to Motorfest. Do not waste your money on it.

I'm guessing Crew 2 might still be around for another few years, maybe 2027 they'll take it down but who knows. This game doesn't even seem like The Crew to me, just seems like a blatant ripoff of Forza Horizon. Only one island clearly centered around "MotorFest" What I loved from the original Crew was going coast to coast and having a bit more of a 'hardcore' street racing scene instead of just "An extreme car festival with racing"

Have you seen the crew 2 steam charts , barely getting 600 players. I would assume they will, so i have no plans to invest anymore money into the crew series until Crew one is offline playable.
