This game is a sham, The Crew 2 is where your time is better spent.

I unfortunately bought this via Ubisoft, so they ended up getting 100% of the asking price from me.
The game is advertised as being big and scenic, but the truth is that it's easily half the size of The Crew 2. Both Map size, Race length, and amount of races are all easily halved in-comparison to The Crew 2. The only upgrade was to Drag Races. Everything else is an attempt to get their currently active playerbase from The Crew 2, to pay them full price again, for a sub-par sequel, and this is further promoted by allowing you to bring all your vehicles over from The Crew 2.

They basically used Hawaii as a location for the marketing advantage of "Showing Support," and as an excuse for the map to be smaller. Thus less races, less tracks, less track types, less overall track length availability, and less scenic variety.

Trust me, unless you believe a minor upgrade to graphics, and slightly better Drag Races are worth losing out on far less overall content, number of races, race types, race variation, race lengths, wide degree of scenic environments, etc. Then just continue to play The Crew 2. Cuz you seriously have maybe 10hrs of gameplay with MotorFest, and you've done all tacks available. Now your just in the pointless grind for leaderboard, and a monthly cosmetic. Which you can also just continue to do on The Crew 2 if that's your jam.

The Crew: Horizon

I don't hate it but Motorfest gave up pretty much anything left of The Crew's identity by blatantly imitating Forza Horizon. It's Mountain Lightning or Big K Citrus Drop.

As more of a direct nit-pick:
What I loved about The Crew 2 where the long 10m-30m races to do in your down time. It was nice to just sit back and relax and drive around for a bit to some tunes and scenery, and then get some bulk rewards at the end. Something like this just isn't possible in MotorFest due to the small size of the map.

Forza Horizon is an imitation of Test Drive Unlimited.
