Spiel startet nicht
Hallo,
meine Mutter und ich haben uns gestern das Spiel gekauft und bekommen es auf beiden Rechnern nicht zum laufen.

Windows geupdatet, alle Treiber sind auf dem neusten Stand.

Das Spiel startet kurz und dann kommt ein schwarzer Bildschirm. Auch nach 15 Minuten warten kommt nichts. Im Task Manager steht „Keine Rückmeldung“.

Wir haben schon als Administrator ausführen probiert, Virenschutzprogramme ausgeschaltet etc

Hat jemand evtl das gleiche Problem?

Hello, I hope your day is going well. Could you please share your system information? Additionally, could you please try the following steps:
  1. Disable cloud saves on Steam.
  2. Navigate to the folder located at %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\ContractVille\Saved\ and delete the SaveGames folder.
  3. Relaunch the game.
Important: This action will delete all save files and associated in-game progress. Please proceed with caution and back up your files if needed.

U hry, než ji spustíte, je vpravo kolečko spravovat, najdete soubory a vyberete možnost: ověřit integritu souborů hry. Je totiž možné, že se vám některý ze souborů špatně nahrál. Hodně štěstí ♥

Hello,
my mother and I bought the game yesterday and we can't get it to run on either computer.

Windows updated, all drivers are up to date.

The game starts briefly and then a black screen appears. Even after waiting 15 minutes nothing happens. The task manager says "No response".

We've already tried running as administrator, turning off antivirus programs, etc.

Does anyone have the same problem?

U hry, než ji spustíte, je vpravo kolečko spravovat, najdete soubory a vyberete možnost: ověřit integritu souborů hry. Je totiž možné, že se vám některý ze souborů špatně nahrál. Hodně štěstí ♥

When you start the game the screen stays black. If you look in the task manager it says that the game is not listed. So the game does not start properly

Hra musí být vypnuta, restart PC, opravte dle návodu

Je mi to líto, že se nedaří :( Osobně bych vymazala hru, vymazala zbytkové soubory ( revo uninstaller), restart, znovu nahrát hru

First, please consult the Troubleshooting Guide and follow the instructions under Crash After the Splash Screen.

If the issue persists, try the additional steps outlined under Load Game Button Crash (Slot.sav).

Should the issue persists, navigate to %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\ContractVille\Saved\ and delete the SaveGames folder. Important: This action will delete all save files and associated in-game progress. Please proceed with caution and back up your files if needed.
