No properties available
When in the table and under property nothing is showing. Do you need to be a certain level or complete so much of the game for this to be available?

Hello, I hope your day is going well! To proceed, you need to complete the story missions until you receive the prompt to "establish a company." Additionally, you must fully finish the first 4 side quests. After completing these tasks, parcels will become available for sale every 3 days.

You have to complete story missions until you get the prompt to "establish a company." There are maybe 10ish missions to do before you can buy property I believe. Just follow the storyline, you'll get the prompt eventually.
