Possible Act 3?

I know we haven't even gotten to Act 2 yet, but I'm just curious as to whether or not there might be more content upcoming or even a separate standalone game after Act 2 is released?

AKA - Will there be more dreadout after Act 2?

I'am quite sure this game will be a big francise IF only this game will be a succesfull. From what i see (positive feedbacks), there will be more act or maybe Dreadout 2 game. Ofc You will have to buy it again, doubtfull it will be a free update again since act 2 is already a free update for those who already bought Dreadout.

Without saying too much, the ending definitely leaves room for a sequel, but if they do or don't I assume is up to success and if they want too.

At the very least, we know there's one thing of paid DLC in free roam mode, which is all the locations of the game (and a little more) with free exploration and missions/objectives you can take part in and complete, with all the ghosts (and a little more) from the main campaign. That'll come later.

i already asked and he said 'wait for TBC free roam mode for more revelations' so i dare say there will be an act 3 or dread out 2, i hope. '~'

The game is quite challenging at times, so I haven't completed it myself yet. But I did watch a playthrough of Act 0-2. Considering the ending, the game definitely sets up for a sequel. Also Act 2 looked longer than the previous ones, so the total length of the game now is about normal for a Survival Horror game.

So I don't think they will be adding more acts to the game (at least not for free).The already announced free roam content however I think likely happens in the timeframe of Act 0-2. As I don't see how it would fit together otherwise from a narrative perspective.
