Camera switching

Okay just got into Act 2, Acquired the SLR camera...no problem. As soon as I pick up the bag with the players inventory, the character goes into a never ending animation loop switching back and forth between SLR and phone. Animation effects walking and running animation so movement is severely hampered and in 1st person mode the camera switching makes fighting impossible.

Tried exiting and reloading but switch glitch reloads with the game save. Tried replaying from beginning and problem reoccurs upon recovering the phone in the bag.

So how do I play this? Or how do I get a refund?

Don't get me wrong, the game has some Fatal Frame promise, but it should have been released as "early access" in this state.
