So what happened to her ? :( I read something about it depends on choices when u talk to her, she can die here, is that true ? or she is just trapped with that ghost forever ?

and is there any chance for any dlc with other explanations ? I have seen a lot of "informations" - there will be dlc and some free mode or something , but all that informations are very old, nobody talking about it anymore

Ira can die, yes. There a scene when you sit opposite her and talk to her while sie's possessed. If your answers are wrong, she's "show you something funny" and break her neck. If that doesn't happen, she's just stay at the village, together with Suzie.

It lets you continue the game but you will get a slightly different ending

Being possessed "forever" by a ghost or die by having your neck broken. Tough choice, really.
From what i recall while i played You can't really save her or anyone other than yourself, but even that is not really "saving". So...
