These chances modify as you kill enemies. I.E. if you kill a Rabby 300 times and no card still drops, the player is considered "unlucky" and the drop rate increases to ~0.72%
If another 300 are killed and a player STILL doesn't drop, the player is considered very unlucky and the drop rate increases to ~ 3%
If the player kills another 300 and somehow STILL hasn't gotten a card to drop, then the player is considered EXTREMELY unlucky and the drop rate caps at around ~ 30%.
As for the EXP - the EXP required to level up is ALWAYS 10,000. How much EXP you gain from a mob depends on your level versus the mob. After being so many levels ahead, the minimum EXP you get from a mob drops to a minimum of 1. Meanwhile if you're under-leveled, only a few enemy kills will level you up.
In addition to the scaling drop chance as you kill enemies, the Bounty Potion boosts card drops by 20% and Elite enemies roll +10 times for the card.
