Crystal Clear Quest

After already beating whats in the game so far, I can't find a way to beat the crystal clear quest. I couldn't figure out where the person is who breaks the crystal. Help please.

I believe she's in the cafe in Evergrind city.

After you visit the girl in the cafe go to the guy in the collecters castle thingie and he'll deal with her debt

How do you even start the quest?

this quest is bugged. I have the quest but the girl isnt in cafe.

hey you might have to talk to your two friends first in the Collectors HQ in front of the bulletin board. they will give you a hint to go talk to the girl in the cafe, so that might be why it hasn't necessarily "triggered" yet, but that would be my guess because I really have not run into many bugs in the game.

The problem was this quest was only triggered after i cleared another ones.
