I am having a frustrating experience. I have a Logitech F310, and I seem to be able to only hit 100% randomly, no matter how fast my swings are physically - but unlike you, it's starting to heavily annoy me. If it was differing by about 2% between 98 and 100%, I would not mind, but swinging the living crap out of it and only getting 91% most of the time is helluva frustrating.
And then you compensate for that next time by using 1 longer club, and it goes to 100% all of a sudden, and whoopsee, you're in the water behind the green.
So, if anyone has found a fix/workaround for this issue, PLEASE post it.
It's with XInput as with DInput it somehow incorrectly configures the control mapping, and the input configuration pretty much needs a manual which it never came with, so gave up on that after 30 minutes.
