Logitech F310 and Wired Xbox 360 controllers
Both the Logitech F310 and the Wired Xbox 360 controllers seem to be now playing similarly. It's a bit easier keeping shots straight with the F310. The 100% attainability is compatible maybe slightly easier with the Xbox 360. I prefer the Xbox 360 because it is a bit more difficult to keep the straight line and even though you get a 100% return power value, if you aren't striking the ball dead on your gonna lose some distance and accuracy. I used to prefer the Logitech's feel but I have grown more used to the Xbox 360 controller nowdays.

Glad to hear it, stone. We have done some work on the controllers to try to bring parity among them.

@HB Lorin Cheers and keep at it, you've produced something really special here and it will only get better. Thank you!

I'm using a Steelseries controller and the game isn't recognizing anything on the controller. I can actually rotate controller 90 degrees so the joysticks are to the left and use the D-pad to get 100% power and perfect accuracy every shot. The right joystick functions like the face buttons (A/B/X/Y) as do the face buttons (again rotated 90 degrees). Using XPadder to check functionality of the controller itself, everything is fine. It seems like the game is failing to register all possible buttons in their default position, not to mention trying to configure a controller or anything using the current editor is a joke.

I am having a frustrating experience. I have a Logitech F310, and I seem to be able to only hit 100% randomly, no matter how fast my swings are physically - but unlike you, it's starting to heavily annoy me. If it was differing by about 2% between 98 and 100%, I would not mind, but swinging the living crap out of it and only getting 91% most of the time is helluva frustrating.

And then you compensate for that next time by using 1 longer club, and it goes to 100% all of a sudden, and whoopsee, you're in the water behind the green.

So, if anyone has found a fix/workaround for this issue, PLEASE post it.

It's with XInput as with DInput it somehow incorrectly configures the control mapping, and the input configuration pretty much needs a manual which it never came with, so gave up on that after 30 minutes.
