Disabling Ghost Players on New Round

Is there any way to disable the ghost players other than deselecting them once the round starts? Just ticks me off that ghosts appear to be enabled by default. Suggestion - perhaps make the ghosts disabled by default requiring positive action by the player to enable them.

There is some logic to auto-assign ghosts on the course overview screen. You can remove them there before starting your round, but I'll pass on your suggestion for a global option to disable the default ghosts.

If you have Ghosts disabled in the social options they will show up at the start. quit to the main menu and then click continue and it will get rid of them.
