Id like to see a nice list of what each button does and how to do everything with controls, I tried every thing and I can not adjust where the ball will drop on the green. Id like to know how to do every thing not just swing the club. I see nowhere where this is clearly stated on how to do controls. Its fundamental and very basic in playing a game and I see this outlined nowhere. It's no where or I am missing it somewhere but I surely don't see it.

It's ridiculous, it shows a questionable pop up on how to swing the club at the beginning and nothing else.

There is supposed to be several people working on this game and they miss basic things like controls and the menu design is still crappy.

I might have to check back in 4 months to see if this game is any good, if not I'll just uninstall it and consider it a loss.

Hi Binx - As the game is in Early Access, not everything is in place. That being said, are you using a controller or KB/M?

If you are using a controller, most buttons are context sensitive. So, in the Menus, what the buttons do are generally indicated just to the left, right, or bottom of the menu itself. If their is no indicator, the 'A' button generally acts as the "Enter" or "Advance" button in the menus. In game, what the buttons do is called out in the bottom right of the screen. And in the Course Creator, most buttons are called out, but, the D-pad can be used to move through high-level menus and the LB and RB are used to cycle through the smaller menus at the top left, like bunker brushes, etc., again, with the 'A' button to select.

Hey binx - those links were for keyboard controls. If you are using an Xbox controller, almost all of the button functions are displayed on screen throughout the game (on the left, right, and bottom of various menus and in the bottom right of the screen when playing). I am not quite sure what you are missing specifically. If you want to give me some specifics I am happy to help.

HB Lorin, I, too, will check the tutorials, but would it really be so difficult for you guys to make up a list of controller buttons and a list of keyboard keys and make it a sticky here in the forums if you're not ready to put them in game? I just can't believe those who are developing and programming this game are doing it all on controllers, for one thing. Somebody knows all the keys used or can compile a list. Please? I've also checked out the links you've provided for those looking for key mapping, but they just don't cover everything. In fact, not even enough. Thank you for them, but we need the rest.

I cant get the aim working they should have a better keystoke changer layout this sucks the up and down on the aim dosnt work for me makes me not want to play.And joysticks suck they should get a tiger woods game or a better golf I was waiting so long for steam to get one.

I am sorry b5001, I want to help but I did not understand what you are saying. When you say the "up and down" on the aim doesn't work, do you mean on the greens for putting (using W & S)? Or do you mean tee and approach shots, in which there is no aiming up and down, only changing clubs?
