I just cant play it anymore, I love the game but it needs a lot of finishing. the tours are totally unrealistic, the winds make the shots move eratically, playing against 6 under on 9 holes and seeing scores of -42 on 18 holes on the tours its a joke really, but such great graphics and courses, it could have been a really great game, but to frustrating for me. I'm currently confused too. For how much i train i don't get those results.
Even the Handicap system is confusing. My birdie gives 0 because i'm +10, others players' par give -2 due to heavy handicap. Some of them seem to lower it on purpose. Did i miss something on this?
I can understand that someone is probably using some axis locker but some score is suspicious at least.

HB Studios have abandoned this version of TGC in case you didn't know. So there will be no more updates or bug fixes.

It's okay... if they learn from this first game and make it all better in TGC2, specially the coding under the hood. I wanted to love this game for a long time as it has so much potential, but there are to many things (due to their coding and design) that frustrates the hell out of me.

I did not know they abandoned it but not surprised, hopefully the next will be better as I'm sure it will be. I think playing other people may be the way to enjoy the game without the handicap system. Just using what is there to play each other would be a better game. Thanks for all your comments, I dont think going to HB studios will help much it is the game that needs to be adjusted and I don't think that will happen.

And they want us to buy the Seasons upgrade....no. I put in my $30 and its still running like junk. EA should buy them out!
