Ship parts not used?!
Found ship parts and an email between Hank and the
gang about buying them but no one does and there's
no quest when you find them! The text suggests a dock
worker, like the only NPC at the docks, might buy it but
no dice.

the guy at the docks will take the parts after his own boat gets broken. its the mission when he drives the boat out with you to get on board another larger boat. the boat will get damaged on your way back and he will blame you i think but then you fix it :D
