Smugglers in SY-NTERFACE quest?

Where do I find them? Says in quest notes that they are close to fixers hope. Is it the drug guys in Junction that you can blow up with c4? I just did that, so the building is no longer accessible.

Nah, the smugglers' hideout is at a kind of weird place. Remember the entrance to the sewers in Fixer's hope? The one you came out to reach the fixer's hope? Run all the way left side of that door, there is the smugglers' den.

Actually, there is one more thing. I am supposed to take out this police turned wrong guy called connor. In the prep stage it was easy to get the frequency to disrupt his combat arm from the augmentation guy. I went to holm for advice on his combat drug. What does Holm want me to do? I did not read our conversation carefully enough, and I can't find anything in the logs.

As far as I remember Holm needs the original drug to create an inhibitor for it. You should be able to get some from Speedy on Afterlight Boulevard.

Also - it is not altogether clear, but I *think* you need the little radio in scrapyard for disrupting the arm, not just to set the radio tower to the right frequency.

either way, I didnt even bother these options... defeated that conor by consuming 2 medic boxes....
