How am I supposed to use software discs

Hello!

Did anyone figure out how to use software discs like 'Wedge", etc.?
It says in the inventory 'cyberspace only', howere it does not let you access the inventory from the cyberspace. Neither does it let you assign these discs to the quick item bar.
So how do I learn new skill or upgrade Wedge?

Did anyone have a problem with this? Or is it just another case of me missing some important info and acting stupid because of that?

But how do you use the skill in cyberspace? There's no key for the "Spammer" skill, the "Pulsewave" (not the same as shockwave) skill.

It's 1/2/3 on your keyboard to switch to each of the different programs.

It did work. The problem was that with the 360 controller the game didn't give me the option to use the disc like it does with food/medicine, it only lets you move the disc like a quest item.
