Is it possible to save her? In my game she went to confront Mitchell and when I arrived her dead body was on the floor.

If you deal with Mitchell first before you confront Ellie, either killing him or flooding his mind with the footage of him torturing people, she won't end up dead. Instead, she will either be there to find him dead, or will have murdered him herself when Dex returns there.

This is weird, i finished this game many times before the enhanced version. Now in my new game she just calls the security. I dealt with crash, broadcast the torture thing for mitchell, went to mitchell got the keycard, killed him (because hes an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥). But when I go to Ellie I can't do anything other than getting security after me ( not a big deal but I guess theres an achievement for doing otherwise?). I hacked and checked all computers.

1. Make sure you've broken into Ellie's appartment and read everything there
2. Obtain the footage of Iain's abduction from Speedy
(3. You might need at least 1 point in Charisma for the "CONVINCE" dialogue option to prevent Ellie from calling security. Not sure on this one.)

If you've got that covered, you have a CONVINCE option that will allow you to show her the footage. She won't call security then.

Yeah, you need to do all the objectives for the 2 sub-quests "Ellie, The AI Researcher" and "Mitchell, The Chief Security Officer" before you can have additional options for not only speaking with Ellie, but also for deciding her fate.

As for the "CONVINCE" option, the success rate depends on whether you've filled up the "Charisma" tier or not. To convince Ellie to give you the card THIS way, I can provide this information for you.

FIRST, you should pick the option which tells Ellie you are a consultant, and there's been a bit of a problem with Administration.

SECONDLY, further persuade Ellie that hackers are the problem.

These should be the right context items to persuade Ellie to give you her keycard.

And I'm just letting you know this now. The only way you are able to speak to her robot companion, "Iain2Stay", is by showing Ellie the footage of the real Iain being kidnapped. No other option will give you that opportunity.

Yeah forgot to get the footage from speedy.. Kinda lame that I missed that lol Well it wont be 100% acheivement run.. I might have to play again someday to get it. Thanks for the help guys ^^

Keep in mind, if you want to get that achievement quickly, you can load a chapter or checkpoint from the Load menu instead of one of your own save files to go fix that, and then speed-run your way into the GSV mission to get the Ellie-related achievement.
