If you've got that covered, you have a CONVINCE option that will allow you to show her the footage. She won't call security then.
As for the "CONVINCE" option, the success rate depends on whether you've filled up the "Charisma" tier or not. To convince Ellie to give you the card THIS way, I can provide this information for you.
FIRST, you should pick the option which tells Ellie you are a consultant, and there's been a bit of a problem with Administration.
SECONDLY, further persuade Ellie that hackers are the problem.
These should be the right context items to persuade Ellie to give you her keycard.
And I'm just letting you know this now. The only way you are able to speak to her robot companion, "Iain2Stay", is by showing Ellie the footage of the real Iain being kidnapped. No other option will give you that opportunity.
