Code-locked door in the Smugglers' Den

Been annoyed by the code-locked door in the Smugglers' Den for a while now... Does it ever become unlockable? Did I just miss the code somewhere?

Pretty sure it was written down on a note somewhere in the smuggler's den itself (try looking near the ceiling perhaps), but it's been a while since I've played so I could be wrong.

There is a note lying in Smuggler's Den which contains the code to the locked roller-door in the same area. Should be in one of the small storage rooms there. If not that, try the nooks on the rooftops. But it is there.
