Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Dragonfall, and Shadowrun: Hong kong.
Another good one is Gemini Rue - http://store.steampowered.com/app/80310/Gemini_Rue/
Only Cyberpunk- game with a Female protagonist that I can think of atm is Remember Me, from the devs that made Life is Strange and the upcoming Vampyr.
Remember Me - http://store.steampowered.com/app/228300/Remember_Me/
Got both of them. Couldnt really get into remember me. Gemini Rue on the other hand is excellent
And Deus Ex is a hit a miss for me really. I liked the first 2. Human revolution and mankind divided while not bad games are completely forgettable and dont really quench my thirst for a proper cyberpunk RPG. Its not gritty enough and the atmosphere is quite boring. Oh and also because i hate Adam Jensen. Most boring video game character ever made imo.

or if you want something more like post apocalyptic similar to the fallout games. check out

Speaking of Cyberpunk, I'm curious what everyone here thinks about Cyberpunk 2077? I'm cautiously optimistic, sounds amazing on paper if they can pull it off and the 48 min demo was impressive but we'll see.
P.S. - I'd love to see a Dex 2. A robust expansion would be a welcome addition if nothing else.
Hoping Cyberpunk 2077 remedies some of the issues you had with DX. At least there will be a char. creator to better shape our protag. As long as the writing, chars, story and voice acting are good (CDPR are great in the aforementioned categories so I'm not worried + solid gameplay/RPG mechanics I think CP2077 will surpass the modern Deus Ex games in almost every way.
Personally, I think CP2077 has the potential to offer one of the best all-around Cyberpunk experiences that many fans of the genre have been hoping to see fulfilled in one game for a very longtime. I don't see the game releasing for at least another year, my guess is 2020, so they have the time to make it great.
Observer is a unique Polish cyberpunk game, very dark and weird.
Cosmic Star Heroine is also cyberpunk, but much more cute and retro.
Invisible Inc is 3d isometric turn based stealth game in a cyberpunk setting.
Recently bought The Swapper, not sure if that counts, it's more like regular sci fi.
