Leo'1 1 DLC Scene. How to "split with buddy" or "Chikeflare backed out"?

I had beat the game and unlocked all other scenes and completed the encyclopedia, now the only one left is Leo's scene in the study room. It says I need to remove Chikeflare from the party, but how? I saw some other posts mentioning a fire-looking NPC next to the Central, but that is a lie! There is no such thing I looked everywhere. I know there is that tournament in the Central post-game where Chikeflare leaves the party, but if I leave the room she returns.

You need to get 2 scenes with flare first. Read the hint for it in the No.67 entry of Yariman Encyclopedia. Then the fire next to the entrance to Central will appear.
