Problems
it was good one day then the next day i open the game some things were not working right like the secrect shop disappear i cant watch the girl menu is there a way to fix it

They did something to the patch. Redownload it from the publisher's site and copy it on top of the game files. Should fix it!

Is it the dlc patch or the porn patch?

I assume you've already found out, but it's the adult DLC patch (the one with _EN at the end)
