Where is the inlet hideout?

Last Yarimono I need to find is Hop and it says he's in the inlet hideout. Searched everywhere and can't find it.

I was also stuck on this one for a bit. It's in Harbor Town. There is a cave entrance on the far left you have to go under the bridge to access.

bro the amount of times I went into there not realizing it was the inlet hideout is crazy. Like why'd they even put the hop spawn in the corner. Thanks.
