Submarine Lighter Bug + Possible Fix

My friends and I have run into an issue multiple times and in different lobbies playing the Submarine map where the Lighter will be used on the gas covered tanks but not set the fire. The lighter will then disappear and reappear back where it was originally found, but no one can pick up or interact with it again. What my friends have found works to fix it is for the lobby host to pick up the lighter and then use it on the tanks. It's also possible for the host to pick up the lighter and then drop it for another player to use, but we haven't tested to see if another player other than the host can set the fire then afterwards. There's also the possibility that it may not need to be the host and that it has been a coincidence for me and my friends, but we have attempted to have other players try and pick up the lighter when it bugs like that and it only works for us when the host picks up the lighter.
