Hospital monster difficulty too insane
How does he detect you? Ive had him sprint from the other side of the hospital right after killing my friend to me even when my noise meter didnt go over yellow. And does he sprint randomly?

Yes, he sometimes sprint randomly, and the submarine monster do the same

As far as I understand, the hospital monster is completely deaf, but his vision is insane. The submarine monster hears you, but very poorly
