Cannot "Update" Panicore after installing the game

Downloaded, redownloaded, ran steam as administrator, closed discord & reopened steam as admin and the game is still showing "Download Failed". I verified integrity of game cache, and all my other games are updating just fine without showing this error. Please fix this.

Possible Solution:
This is probably happening due to antivirus programs having false positives on Panicore. Try adding Panicore to exceptions and try launching again!

1. Download and install the latest drivers for your video card, and any other hardware driver updates that are available

If an update did not work, try a rollback to an older driver. If this does not work, continue with 2.

2. Download and install any Windows Updates that are available

Press on windows button and type in Updates.
Then press "search of updates"

3. Install the latest C++ Redistributable from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 (Or download below - usually the X64 Version)

4. Verify the Integrity of the games files. Right Click on PANICORE and select 'Properties'. Select 'Installed Files', the click on 'Verify integrity of game files'

5. Completely close discord and try to launch the game again, without opening discord

6. Start game with "-ngxdisable"

Possible issues:
- The bar in the bottom right of the screen doesn't go up when speaking
- I can hear my friends, but they don't hear me
- The bar goes up, but my friends don't hear me

1. Check if VoiceChat is on
- Go into the options menu and follow these steps:

- Also try off-> press apply -> on-> press apply again

2. Check what the push to talk key is (default: V)
Try pressing the push to talk key and check if your friends can hear you

3. Check if you hear yourself when you talk
Normally you would hear your own voice in-game with an echo, if the game detects your microphone

If not please set the windows default microphone to the microphone that you are using:
Right click on the speaker icon and choose "Sounds" (Can be different in your language)

Right click on your microphone you want to use and choose it as default device

4. Check if proximity voice is on in the session settings (HOST ONLY)

Also try to turn it off -> apply and on -> apply again

5. Disable all other input devices settings:

Press Windows button -> Write Manage Audio Devices -> Click on it
Scroll down to "Input Devices" -> Disable all mics EXCEPT the one you wish to use -> Restart the game)

6. Check if your input device is set correctly in the options
Quit to Main Menu if you are in lobby

Thank you, but the issue isn't with crashing. The issue is with steam not letting the game finish the 30 megabyte update. Reinstalling doesn't do anything. All my other games update. Nothing in that post fixes it. Please help lol.
