I cant find the code for asylum anywhere in the map.

we found what appears to be a sign with a code on it in a room that you open after finding 2 fuses to flip the switch, but the numbers are not working in the code box, what could these numbers be for?

there are 2 codes, one for the safe that contain keycard, and one for door
if i remember correctly

The code can spawn either A: On one of the many white boards around the map B: Lying on the floor on a small wooden sign C: Behind the door which is locked via 2 fuses and a switch
