My level completions and my coins gone?.

I had been playing this game for about 6 or more hours , and got to at least level 10 maybe less. I finished a game with i could believe was about 300 coins, and once we completed the hospital. we went to lobby. Just to find that my coins and level has been erased back to level 0 and 0 coins?.

yeah the occurance happened again, i just finished playing and i didnt level up once whilst playing, still at level 0 and when i was collecting coins throughout the game, i didnt get them. Still have 0 coins.
