unable to run mkv h.265
trying to open mkv media files of this type and get only sound no video, installed all codecs correctly...

Hi,

Open Install Center, ensure that there are no updates listed (especially to LAV Filters). Then, open Zoom, go into the options and go Adv Options->Playbacl->Smart Play. Click the Auto-Configure button, acknowledge the message, and then click Ok to exit back to Zoom. Restart Zoom, and see if the problem has been resolved.

No worries. Apologies for the delayed response, I had computer issues preventing me from accessing Steam for the last month, and I have only just been able to get back on to check the forums.

I use your answer as my review now cz it helped me too to play H.265. So I will find it everytime I need it.
