Stuck on "A Shipwright for the Base"

Okay I've been painfully looking around on how to continue that quest, it have no quest marker on the map and I'm at this part:

"Shaya says that Krakens at Tirpits are holding the best shipwright of the sector, a sharkee named Laoshai, as a slave."

[X] Talk to Titus
[ ] Find a Shipwright

Help?

This game is well known for unrelated quests blocking others. Work through some of your other quests and that one will pop!

Might also go by the order and talk to everybody

I completed the quest part of the game 2 times. There have never been any problems. If there are other tasks, complete them. If you come up into a "Tirpitz". Do you have access to the bar? Have you closed all the quests for "Tirpitz"? Or part of the quests to the bar.

I really wish they had multiple character slots, I'd like to go back and do all the quests again

I have too much stuff I don't want to lose. It took me literally 2+ months of solid purple farming to get my first merchant cabin! That was before the tier bosses started dropping rares, now nobody farms purples. Four merchant cabins, 4 or 5 cosmos cabins, every hull in the game, top-rolled T6 cannons, 3 glares, 1 stripe and 1 grasp completely fitted out...had the midori fitted with T6 MGs but I like the glare better so I disassembled it (besides, everybody uses the midori), level 46 captain. Basically I have wayyy too much crap to lose if I restart!
