Tier 5 Equipment Grind

Good game ruined by the tier 5 grind for gear. Not only are you going to spend 100s of hours dredging to upgrade those upgrades will be bitter sweet. For example Tier 5 generator has a capacity of 40.... once you manufacturer it it comes out 31.2 or a Tier 4 generator. Thanks for the experience but this isn't fun anymore.

I agree. ATM a lot of deck gear isn't worth going past teir 3. The crafting and repair cost, additional weight, foot print and stats don't really scale well.

Given up just after having fun at T4 and I was dreaming of playing thousands of hours of the game but there literally ZERO PvP now to enjoy something worthwhile. Dead game, summer season must have major PvP otherwise dead game

Absolutely agree. I predict that the t3 tech will be nerfed Instead of balancing t4 and t5 ))

Same here can't even make tier 3 plastic shield they ask me 20000 fiber to make 24 shield...WTF ..NOPE.... I like the game but i'm not far from uninstalling...

if you all want to get resources with out any effort anchor your ship in a safe area which overlaps with a resource dredging area(big and small both work) and start dredging and every box(not the blue one on the radar,leave those) you dredge up when the zone is highlighted you get about 5x the normal amount with the t5 dredge so just do that overnight(or when at school/work) using macros and you will have 1000s of each resourses in no time. I suggest Nikos workshop as a good area to do this
