You can do some treasure hunt (look for blue dots near rocks, they're always at the same spot) or kill armadas.

You can make a stupid amount of medallions by farming rocks. Look for clusters of rocks with blue dots around them.

if u dont feel like doing enemy fleets then go for the cyan dots at rock locations, most have cyan dots but some dont have - some might have been harvested recently and might not have as well , overall its nice they added the medallions on rocks

little tip to easy find rock spots on the map 80% chance where the fish sign is on map

which is a clever thing since rock structures is usually a home for fish in real life natural habitat
