How many mission do you have to do before mission show up. I done many mission for the order still no shipwright.been at this for a while.

shaya mission is locked behind the quest chain involving jared. i had been neglecting it (going east to teleport somewhere else?) and doing order stuff instead until i hit a brickwall. as soon as i do a bit of jared stuff it popped.
