fighters for the colosseum quest

Anyone know where " Find the scavenger fighters " are? been checking everywhere but cannot find it. thanks for any ideas.

Its tier to the scavengers questline that will give you 2 crew later.
Just do quest around until you get something from the scavengers

thanks for answer. Is it like " The Scavenger Assignment " ( The comandante wants a tracking device from Shark City in exchange for conversation with the fighters ) can it be that?
