ive been dredging for toxic waste at opoints shown on pop up mep and got nadda....do you have to fishe for it?? whats the sympledt way to get some

The best way to farm toxic waste IMO - purchase it with medalions (rare material crates). Find the hovercraft convoy (those are easily destroyed by taking out both engines) and farm. Their escorts are small boats armed with gattlings and molotovs, as well as some fliers. All of which are easy kills.

^very much so this. As a bonus those fiery small boats drop explosives which you will need tons of for the middle tiers at your base.
