Game started crashing after update
I have seen game updating for a second, i think it was a small update at 04/30. After that game is crashing every 5-10 minutes and sometimes the computer is rebooting during the crash.

My device:
GPU: GTX 4080
CPU: i7-13700KF
RAM: 32gb

ALL drivers are up to date.

The error i found in event viewer -> Windows logs -> Applications says:

Had the same problem. Switching to borderless window mode in the video settings seems to have fixed this for me.

I have checked the integrity and reinstalled the game but its still crashing.
Also it was always om borderless so I will try on windowed and fullscreen now.

Check you event viewer in windows. Microsoft made a big change in March around LED settings for peripherals. I have been getting event 11 on the Logi-lamparray-driver. I have now disabled this service (type services.msc in windows). According to many others this has been causing micro locks and BSOD. Good luck that's all i got.

Hi, thx for sharing your knowledge, that is defiantly a good idea.

In my case:
1. The game was not crashing before Age of water update in April 30.
2. I have no Logitech related LED hardware/software/services.

I had a MSI Mystic light app and services that was related to LED, I have removed it and everything related to it, now i will do some testing and share my experience.

UPDATE

removing my msi LED drivers and software did not help, still crashing.

In my case, when it glitched both my monitors flickered or went black for brief moment . In some instances, when i reloaded the game it would start on the other screen. I didn't test this properly, but a band-aid fix may be to disconnect the HDMI cable to your other monitors if you have them. Feel like the main part of the crash was it recovering to a different screen. I would also double check that that specific service (or the equivalent MSI Service) is stopped and disabled. Uninstalling it should have but may not have removed the service.
All long shot guesses my dude. Good luck!

looks like overheated GPU, try lowering frame rate cap ingame

OK so after installing new Nvidia drivers the game is not even launching at all. It loads and PC restarts before the main menu. Tried to reinstall the game but no luck.

Looks like I will have to leave it...
