how to get more crew?

is there randome crew or the only crew you have is the 4 initial that's it?
I have been going rue countless bar to bar to bar using teleport when off coldown and not a single sols there for me to hire I mean I can have 8 cannons 4 machine gun 3 flak 4 grenade luncher I can have a AMAZING ship but I still only have 4 basic crew

dang it yeah clearly going to look at the game for some legal ground with my firm. fals advetising, breaking CRFA and other.

sad cause game had so much potential but devs just want to keep a blank good game no pay to progression or pay to win image and keep talking about working on things but in the end days later nothing was public said , no raod maps, no hotfix nothing except what can give them ability to suck and keep more money.

Did no one look at the achievements for this game? There is two specific achievements "Devoted bodyguard" And "Best of the best" go look at them.

You get 2 temporary crew members for the arena quest (hint:don't finish the quest), and one last crew member at the end of the ambassador quest line (this one is very hard, so don't rush into it).

I finished the duo's quest, I still have them. They literally told me they want to stop going to the arena and work on my ship.

why not finishing the Quest, if i may ask? The Arena one i mean

There are four to collect as you progress the quests, they are in the achievements page, just find there names and keep an eye out as you complete quests as some unlock the next step that allows you to meet them.

In fairness, Lin was a little tricky since you gotta actually get more involved in that one unlike the others where your basically following the objectives. For Lin, have to actually go back to the guy and such and do his missions without being told to do so, otherwise wouldn't realise thats how you get her.

It is possible that the number of crew members is limited by the game engine, but in this case at least we should be able to choose from a larger pool of characters.

In the initial missions, you can also sail with Flay on board (you can't change her role, but she repairs the ship and recycles garbage).
