Where are the servers located?

I live in the United Kingdom, and everything was fine yesterday, I hopped on to play this morning and the lag/latency (AI rubber-banding) was unreal, it became completely unplayable, to the point where the AI ships were teleporting from my bow to my stern and back again every 1-2 seconds during an encounter.
Are there EU servers? or are all the servers based in Asia?
Regardless of which it is, What has happened in the space of 12 hours for it to become so bad?

I had the ocean rubber-band on me and yes enemies stuttering and rubbering everywhere is making the game almost unplayable

getting same thing in uk as well and its pretty much unplayable, the rubber banding is awful.

I'm English, I play through the night and everything is completely fine. Around 7am as the number of players goes up, the performance issues come along with it.

So, I don't think geographical location is the issue.

That could mean a server capacity issue when the Indo/Asian-Pacific players are getting on.
Still would love to know server locations, just to be sure, as this is going to affect WHEN I'll be able to actually enjoy playing.

only time i see rubber banding real bad is the pvp boat def vs attack ( guessing to many ppl in 1 area at 1 time maybe cant handle the processing of every thing going on cause theres alot lol ( aussie here)
