Bot only weapons?

so far I only come across the MG, Flak/shotgun, cannon and grenade launcher, but I saw bots with flamethrowers, some sniper and a torpedo launcher, are these only obtained in a specific way or are they not for players (yet)?

Yes; for the time being, it seems like players only have access to Machine Gun, Flak, Cannon, Grenade Launcher, and Melee. Bots and NPCs have access to "Gatling", Missiles, Torpedoes, Flamethrowers, and possibly more; no idea if we'll get those, but I hope so. Only having (effectively) four weapons in a game like this is asphyxiating.

Found a random "mine" layer npc boat also that was very cool to watch him go around dropping them off behind him.

if official let us able to obtain those NPCs weapon, ppl will be abusing missiles since it can fire and forget. Those missile only able to dodge by speed for me now.

you can shoot them out of the sky, same with torpedoes. They're pretty easy to deal with once you get used to it.
