Stuck on "Preparing local server"

After the 5Mb patch, and restarting the game, I've been stuck on this screen for the last 15 minutes. Seems something went kaka pretty good either with the patch (QA guys, QA... I know, Gaijin inCubator, but you don't have to start behaving like them just yet) or the servers still aren't able to deal with everyone wanting to play right now. (infra... infra... it's a thing, gotta spend money on it to make the money guys)
