How to get shipwright?

I did the first stage of the shipwright quest now it just says "find shipwright" but there's no quest marker and I can't find any related quest. Is it borked or am I missing something?

once ur on find the shipwright part, u should have a marker. hes inside the order/krackern outpost south of three whales. u likely have done a few missions for them already. u need to give the captin outside 1k corks and done.

Yeah I've gone there but there's no one to give corks too, and no one has any dialogue options :(

So I just did the Saving Saya mission, which helps its progress. Which once you go down that quest path a bit, it will pop with going to The Order ship and visiting the club.

Well I've just rescuesd shaya the Sharkee from the stronghold recently and I still don't have a shipwight I've done several quests for the order been in and out of the club and there is never anyone there

It takes a while to apear, did you do the kraken club stuff? Most of the quests are near 3 whales

Talk to Vic (the manager) after you got Shaya on your crew, hes gonna say to speak to her then u'll get the rest of the quest. I did the part that i ask one of the shipwright and he said to look for a sharkee shipwright
