How to get chemical waste?

Can't complete tech 1 batteries without it. But i spent some medallions on a boarding kit so i dion't have enough for ar rare mats kit. I've been to the orange circles on the discord map and dredged up the usual crap. As far as I can tell, chemical waste isn't in the game. I really didn't want to pvp for medallions but might have to

Look at the maps in the guides.
The dredge zones are not random, they contain specific resources. The central or lower estern have chemical waste from what i remember

come to B5 zone and farm medalions with everyone else ;) then buy rare resource packs

Find black dredge zones
Check if the radar is ticking
Activate echo sounder
Find a point on sounder minimap
Drop the anchor there and dredge it

Farm fleets for medalions, buy resource crates (rare resource crates). Voila.
There's one particularly attractive spot for low levels and lazybones at P6. There's a fleet of t1 oneshot boats there.

The problem there is that you get a lot of people in T4/T5 boats just absolutely mowing the ♥♥♥♥ out of everything before you've managed to get a kill shot in (seems assisting gets you no medallions); often there'll be 4 or 5 people there and then if you're in a low tier boat, you're basically just there for the table scraps. Although it is a good source of plastic trash and boat parts...

Okay, I was able to farm P6 and get what I needed to buy the rare resource pack. But I only had to do that because A RESOURCE NECESSARY FOR T1 BASE BUILDING IS BASICALLY NOT IN THE GAME!!!

resource packs a good thing, use it. When you'll be able to farm more merits - it will be great thing to craft something t4-t5

lol not apologizing but it sounds like it. My point is a needed resource for the lowest level of base building isn't available in game so you have to resort to a workaround. I'd think progression would be fairly easy - more difficult - ... hard as crap. Instead we have base building going from T1 = impossible because the mats aren't available to (who knows)

It's available, but kinda hard, likely should be rebalanced

You can board + dismantel to get them.
You can dredge them in the south east quater of the map.
You can farm medaillions from fleets (and there are fleets that are easily killable with T2 stuff).
you can dredge for medaillions.

In the end you can get at least 1500 chemical waste per hour even on T2 boat. Thats okay i think.
