What tier exactly do you need? I'm currently in-game and can assist with any tier ship hull (in-game nickname is same as here, just without special symbol)

you cant have high lvl hull if you dont have the skill learnt on your captain , check wich one you can have first :) and then you can try to get the good tier you can drive

lvl 15 Tier 3, lvl 20 Tier 4, ect but you need both skills at lvl 15.
