The Anchovy Trawler boat will bury it's nose in to the water after 80kn, which will tip the boat up and over itself. So it's impossible to boost without flipping it.
The BK Muneura Patrol Boat is slightly faster, but will capsize the moment you try to turn it. Also, you can't put any outboard motors on it. =/
Finally, the brawler has both issues. Capsizes AND buries it's nose very easily.
The T4 boats physics are terrible for high speed at the moment. With the trawler specifically, I've tried to orient my deck probably 50 different ways, and none of them have helped.
If anyone's figured out a work around, please let me know!
BUT if you are already pretty down tier 3 or 4(guns, energy and other stuff) you will probably like the anchoy more since it has more space on the deck and more weight capacity.
brawler was great for quests
Damn, might be the way I have mine setup then.
but seriously, you just need to keep a balance and not be crazy putting a million accelerators
