rare drops

first days of the game i picked up bus superstructure not sure from where probably from dredging. Anyone got any info? Also any other rare drops wana share?

I've seen those on pirate muraenas, but so far never looted one. Even by boarding

From dredging up Mysterious barrels.
I've done a lot of barrel dredging and I've only gotten one of them.
Found it in the north near Chasm. Which is not an area I'd dredged much.
So, I'm guessing it's a rare find at specific barrel dredge sites. (As opposed to it being on the loot table of any Mysterious barrel.)

Nah, i think Mysterious barrels loot only depends on area difficulty (color on the map), not specific location. And those drops are just rare — cabins, decor, i heard some even find paints while dredging.

Did you notice the toy car and fishes can be "crafted" into a collection in the base and it says it will improve the ship?

Yeah, but likely it would only improve your aesthetic satisfaction and your collector's pride :D

I dont think so, the game works on % bonuses and it's implied that cosmetics won't just be cosmetics.
The game is setup for events and special items since the game allows the crafting of basic items, some items are only obtained from boarding and some from dredging/fishing.
The summer event could lets say give a rubber ducky cosmetic that adds a 5% speed bonus to the helmsman skills.
The toy car collection could give a boost in cargo capacity, i dont fish but i will have to start doing it.
I could be wrong but the base store is also setup so players can buy seasonal stuff or limited number items

It's possible, but i don't think it's implemented yet. The only thing working is powered superstructures providing bonuses to weapons, and i'm not sure if it's working 100% correctly for all types.

I've never seen anything worthy coming out of fishing yet, not a single decor item. And Old Boots only contain small bait :)

This struktur is not good at all. There are better strukturswith more health. But yes Ryuu are right we need more information about the strukturs.
