Skill: Party On. Doesnt work?

So to increase party size you pay for first tier 1.5k gold but after i pay it my party max is still only just 3 even though says i can get 4 now. Any one having this problem? or am I not understanding the description?

Party on affects the max amount of units you are able to summon within the game, not your party character selection. (3 by default)

Yes just figured that out, thanks for clearing that up, i came to update that lol. Increases party size in game not the unit selection at start, you can only choose 3 units to start but with "Party on" you can summon up to 4/5 etc.

I feel really dumb for having the same question now. My brain just accepted them as one in the same somehow because of the 3 limit they share.
