Achievements not unlocking

They were working just fine when I started playing it, but now nothing is unlocking, I tried reinstalling the game and verifying game cache, halloween mode off and on, without any effect.
Achievements that failed to unlock: Nightmare, NEED4SPEED, I am Legend, Passive Vanquisher

Restarting my pc started "configuring windows updates" which i can't find in the update history, but now it's working.

I have yet to have any achievements pop for me at all in this game.
