Can this be used to make a voice pack or for commercial use?
If one was to record the voices as we talk through them, can we use those recording in a derivitive work? such as a soundpack for teamspeak 3? "like a robot voice saying "welcome to server", etc"

It's your voice, just that it's being ran through a filter with MorphVox.
