Sound Effects stopped working

I've been using MorphVox for a while to play sound effects and yesterday the sound effects just stopped working. Everything else if fine, i can talk and they can hear me in game and i see the sound level of the mic move. So input and output devices are set up correctly, nothing is muted, not in MV, Win or the game. However, when i play a sound effect i can hear it, but i can not see the level of my mic move nor do people in game hear me. What happend? Can anyone help me out here, i am going crazy with this.
