Also, check to make sure that Screeming Bee and your Mic devices isn't too low or muted.
Do you have another mic you can plug-in to test?
If it works with a different mic, then perhaps for whatever reason MorphVox doesn't like your other mic, or it could be a matter of updating mic and/or audio drivers or ensuring that you have Windows .NET Framework up to date (MorphVox requires at least Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 to run) or perhaps reinstall it in case something of it was corrupted.
Also, in the Windows Recording Devices properties, see if the mic you want to use is set as the default device there.
