Custom voice effects and other questions?

So I was on VRchat messing around and found a guy that sounded kinda like a clone trooper, I asked him how he did that and told me about a voice changer, he then told me he can make custom sounds, he also sounded like Kylo Ren, a Droid, ect. So now I'm wondering, can you actually make custom sounds? Or custom filters? Ect. and since this is a steam program, if I run this willl it show up as me playing a game? Kinda like if someone plays VRchat,
it would say:
X has started playing VRchat.

So basically can I make custom filters or have alot of freedom to change my voice and will this show up as a game when I play it?

does all work if you mess around with the sound settings on the right side.
BUT, morphvox pro simply is too ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for that.
He probably had a much better voice changer that he combined with a real physical thing, i thionk theres a video where a stream erasks exactly the same question, just try to lsiten to the thing the streamer says in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0bdASlEoDY
